How much does a website audit cost?

Our audits cost $149 (Essentials), $449 (Professional) or $995 (Premium + Walkthrough), one-time. A free one-page check-up is also available. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where applicable.

What is an AI visibility (AI-chatbot) audit?

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the questions your customers ask, record whether your organization is named, who is named instead and which sources they cite, then give you fixes.

What do I get?

A branded PDF and web report: executive summary, scorecard, checklist, detailed findings with evidence, a prioritized action plan and our method and limits.

How long does it take?

Essentials within 24 hours; Professional and Premium within 3 business days of payment.

Is it a subscription?

No. Audits are one-time payments. Optional AI visibility monitoring is $29/month and can be cancelled any time.

Do you need my password or admin access?

No. We test only what any public visitor can see. We never submit your forms.

Can I audit a site I don't own?

Only with the owner's permission. At checkout you confirm you are authorized to request the audit.

Do you offer a nonprofit or church discount?

Yes, 20% for registered nonprofits, churches and schools.

Which platforms do you support?

Any public website: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or custom builds. Fixes are written for your platform where possible.

Is this an ADA or legal compliance certification?

No. We report accessibility issues against WCAG using automated and manual checks, but the audit is not legal advice or a certification.

Will a human review my report?

Professional and Premium reports are reviewed by a person before delivery. Essentials is automated with quality checks.

Do you fix the issues too?

The audit is standalone. If you want help, peoplefirst.si can quote implementation, and Premium fees can be credited toward a rebuild.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. If an audit fails for a technical reason or is not delivered (for example our scan could not run, or the report never arrived), we will re-run and re-deliver it free of charge. Where local consumer law gives you non-waivable rights (for example in the EU or UK), those rights still apply. See our Terms of Service.

What if my site blocks your scan?

Tell us and we will re-run the audit free once access is possible, or note which tests could not run and why.

Do you work outside the United States?

Yes. We audit sites worldwide in English, and Spanish reports are planned.

Can agencies resell your audits?

Yes. The Agency 5-pack ($1,500) provides five white-label Professional audits.

How is my data handled?

We store only what is needed to deliver your report, and never sell data. See our privacy policy.

What is the difference between an SEO audit and an AI visibility audit?

An SEO audit checks how search engines crawl and rank your site. An AI visibility audit checks whether AI assistants recommend you and which sources they trust. We include both.
