Who it is for
Owners and leaders of small businesses, nonprofits, churches, realtors and professional offices who know their work is good but feel their website undersells it, or who are thinking about what to offer next.
How it works
- Interview 1 (55 minutes). Before any work begins, we talk about your goals, your buyers, your best client stories and what makes you different. You book a time that suits you right after checkout.
- Research. Howard reads your website closely, with your interview notes and anything you share in the short background form (services, client stories, competitors, brand guide).
- Draft 1. You receive a written strategy brief to read and react to.
- Interview 2 (Full Report only, 55 minutes). We go through the first draft together: what rings true, what is missing, and what to sharpen.
- Draft 2 (Full Report only). A revised brief that reflects the second interview.
- Final report. A clean final version you can act on and share with your team or board.
Preliminary report delivered within seven days from Interview 1.

What you get
A written strategy brief, usually 10 to 20 pages, in plain English. Every brief follows the same structure:
- Summary. The short answer in plain words, the reasons behind it, and the two or three decisions we ask you to make.
- What makes you different. The strengths and skills we see, the evidence for each, and how visible each one is on your site today, with a draft positioning statement.
- Strengths to keep. What your site already does well and should survive any rewrite.
- Gaps. Where your message loses force with a buyer who is comparing you with other options.
- Recommendations. Ordered by likely impact, with draft wording you can rewrite in your own voice: headline options, how to group and name your services, stories to tell, how to show your process, and a small first step for buyers who are not ready to call.
- New service ideas. Ideas drawn from your strengths and our conversations, each with the likely buyer, the effort to launch and suggested timing; the strongest few explained in detail.
- Risks and tradeoffs. A candid view of what could go wrong with the recommendations and how to reduce each risk.
- Next steps. A short action list with owners and suggested dates.
- Appendix: facts to confirm. Figures, names and stories to check or get permission for before you publish anything.
- How this brief was prepared. Which AI tools helped and how, and a clear statement that the judgment is driven by the expertise, research and experience of peoplefirst.si.
Proposed wording is a starting draft for you to rewrite in your own voice. Your brief is confidential to you.
How it differs from the website audit
| Website audit | Website Qualitative Review | |
|---|---|---|
| Question it answers | Does the site work? Speed, accessibility, search, AI-assistant visibility, security, broken links. | Does the site say the right things to the right buyers, and what should you offer? |
| How | 77 automated and measured checks, plus a content review | Interviews with you and a close, judgment-based reading by Howard |
| You get | A scored report with prioritized technical fixes | A strategy brief with positioning, recommendations and new service ideas |
| Price | $149 to $995 | $649 or $995 |
They work well together: the brief does not repeat technical fixes, so many clients pair it with a website audit.
Who prepares it, and how AI is used
Each brief is prepared by Howard Isaacson, MBA, CPA (New York), founder of peoplefirst.si. Howard uses AI tools as working aids: to organize interview notes and the review of your website, to test ideas, to sharpen wording and to produce the document efficiently. The judgment is driven by the expertise, research and experience of peoplefirst.si. We choose the positioning, the recommendations and the service ideas, and we review the drafts before your brief is delivered. Anything that still needs your confirmation is listed in the appendix.
Not a compliance review. Website Qualitative Review is not a legal or regulatory compliance review and is not accounting, tax or legal advice. It does not assess whether your site or offers meet advertising, privacy, accessibility-law or industry rules (for example, legal, medical or financial advertising rules, or fair housing rules for real estate). For those questions, consult a qualified professional in your field.
