Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

AI processing of your material (applies to every service)

This applies to the free check-up, all website audits, Website Qualitative Review and the DIY Website Qualitative Review Workbook. By purchasing, requesting a check-up, or submitting a form or file, you agree that the material you provide or point us to will be processed with artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including large language models, as part of the service. That material includes your website content, your order and questionnaire answers, files you upload (for example, brand or style guides), interview notes, recordings and transcripts, and anything else you send us. We do not ask for separate written permission; accepting these Terms is your consent.

  • Who processes it. We send this material through the application programming interfaces (APIs) of AI model providers, currently OpenAI and Anthropic, and use AI assistant tools to run our workflow. To check how AI assistants describe businesses, we also send short search-style questions (your business name, services and location, not your files or answers) to AI services including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google (Gemini). Vercel (hosting and file storage), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments) process your data as our service providers. Your payment card details are never sent to AI providers.
  • Training. For your files, answers and interview material, we use API services whose published terms state that they do not use API inputs to train their models by default, and we do not opt in to sharing that material for training. Each provider may keep API data for a limited period under its own terms (for example, for abuse monitoring). We cannot control providers' policies beyond the settings they offer.
  • Human review. Howard Isaacson reviews Professional, Premium and Website Qualitative Review work before it is delivered. The free check-up and Essentials reports are automated and are not individually reviewed.
  • What not to send. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, health information, Social Security numbers, or bank or card account numbers), or confidential information belonging to someone else unless you have the right to share it.
  • Your rights to the material. You confirm that you own, or have permission to share, everything you submit, and that we may process it as described here.

Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep this material and how to ask us to delete it.

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the peoplefirst.si Website Audit (the "Service"), provided by Success Facilitators, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as peoplefirst.si ("peoplefirst.si", "we", "us"). By placing an order or requesting a free check-up you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We run automated and, for some tiers, human-reviewed tests on the public pages of the website you name, and deliver a written report. Tier scope, page limits and delivery times are described on our pricing page. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and start once payment is confirmed and the site is reachable.

2. Authorization to audit

You confirm that you own the website you submit or are authorized by its owner to request the audit. Our tests are non-intrusive: we access only public pages as an ordinary visitor would, we do not log in, and we do not submit forms. You are responsible for any consequences of submitting a site you are not authorized to have tested. We may decline or stop any audit at our discretion.

3. All sales final: no refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, once an order is placed, including if you change your mind, disagree with findings, or no longer need the report.

Technical failure or non-delivery. If an audit fails for a technical reason on our side, or the report is not delivered, tell us within 30 days of purchase at info@peoplefirst.si and we will re-run and re-deliver the audit at no charge. If your site blocks or is unreachable to our tests, we will re-run once access is possible, or deliver the report noting which tests could not run.

Corrections. A free re-run is available only for the technical failure or non-delivery described above. In addition, if you show us that a finding in your report is factually wrong, we will correct it and reissue a revised report at no cost. Send the details to info@peoplefirst.si (replying to the email that delivered your report also works). Corrections do not change our no-refund policy: all sales remain final.

Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you (for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom). Where such law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that right applies. By ordering, you ask us to begin the Service immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any withdrawal right once the Service has been fully performed.

Subscriptions. AI visibility monitoring is billed monthly; you can cancel at any time and it stops at the end of the current billing period. Past periods are not refunded.

4. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.

5. Not professional advice

Reports reflect our professional judgment based on the tests described in the report. They are not legal advice, not an ADA, WCAG or other accessibility compliance certification, not a security penetration test, and not accounting or tax advice. Search rankings and AI-assistant answers change constantly and we do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or business result. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any finding for legal or compliance purposes. The audit is not a legal or regulatory compliance review. It does not assess whether your site meets advertising, privacy, accessibility-law, or industry rules (for example, legal, medical, or financial advertising rules, or fair housing rules for real estate). For those questions, consult a qualified professional in your field. AI assistance. This audit was produced with AI assistance using the peoplefirst.si review method. Findings were generated by specially trained LLMs following our expert checklists, models, training and guidelines. Specific reported findings may not have been individually verified.

6. Your report

You may use, share and act on your report for your own organization. Our templates, methods, software and branding remain ours. Agency-pack purchasers may white-label reports for their own clients. We may use anonymized, aggregated findings to improve the Service; we will not publish your site's report or name without your permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your submission of a website you were not authorized to have tested, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. Contact: info@peoplefirst.si.

11. Website Qualitative Review

Scope. Website Qualitative Review is a written strategy brief about your website's content, tone, offerings, positioning and calls to action, with ideas for new services. It is based on interviews with you, the background information you choose to share, and a close reading of your public website. It is advice and recommendations; we do not edit or publish your website. Options. The Preliminary Qualitative Report ($649) includes one 55-minute interview before work begins, one draft and a final report. The Full Qualitative Report ($995) includes two 55-minute interviews (before work begins and after the first draft), two drafts and a final report. Interviews are held by video call at a time you book online.

Scheduling. Please book your first interview within 30 days of purchase, and the second interview (Full report) within 30 days of receiving the first draft. You may reschedule an interview once with at least 24 hours' notice. If an interview is not booked or attended within these periods, we will complete the remaining deliverables based on the information available to us, and that completes the order. Target dates are agreed at the first interview and depend on timely interviews and feedback.

All sales final. Website Qualitative Review purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Corrections. If a statement of fact in your final report is wrong (for example, about your services or history) and you tell us within 30 days of delivery, we will correct it and reissue the report at no cost. Differences of opinion about recommendations are not errors. AI assistance and judgment. We use AI tools to help with research and drafting; the judgment is driven by the expertise, research and experience of peoplefirst.si, and we review drafts before you receive them. Recommendations reflect professional judgment and do not guarantee any business result. Not a compliance review. The brief is not a legal, regulatory or advertising compliance review and is not accounting or tax advice. Confirm any wording that is subject to rules in your field with a qualified professional. Confidentiality. We treat your interviews and materials as confidential and will not publish your name or report without your permission. Sections 6 to 10 also apply.
